We're proud to use peroxide - one of the most effective teeth whitening agents. But we make sure to use this ingredient responsibly. We follow the UK's General Dental Council's guidelines to ensure our products are safe for everyday use. If you are prone to severe sensitivity we recommend consulting with your dentist prior to any whitening treatment.

How it worksDon't worry, producing excess saliva is completely normal! The build up of saliva will not affect your whitening treatment. However, if you feel as thought the build-up is uncomfortable or too much, simply get rid of any excess into the sink and clean around your mouth with a tissue.
Our whitening formula works to remove stains from natural teeth. Veneers, implants, composite bonding, caps or bridges aren’t designed to be whitened and require special care from your dentist.
However, our toothpaste tabs can be used to clean your teeth regardless of any dental alterations. As always, we recommend checking with your dentist before using our whitening kit.
Please note our whitening kit may be helpful at keeping your surrounding natural teeth the same shade as the teeth that have had work done on them.
If you experience white spots on your teeth after your whitening treatments, don't worry! This will vary from person to person but is caused by areas of your teeth getting whiter than other areas. Your teeth will even out in colour over the course of your 14 day treatment.
The white marks that appear on your teeth are most likely as a result of fluorosis. Fluorosis is caused by hypo-mineralisation of your teeth. Your white stains should slightly even out over some time of using your Sefid whitening kit, creating a more consistent colour across your teeth. However for best results, we suggest consulting a dentist.
Yes! You will need to brush your teeth whilst using your Sefid whitening kit which is why we provide you with our unique toothpaste tabs.
We recommend brushing your teeth at least twice a day, for 2 minutes each time, with our toothpaste tabs. When using your Sefid kit, you should brush your teeth before applying your strips and not after. Instead, rinse your mouth with water after using your strips.
We advise that pregnant women wait until after delivery and breastfeeding before starting teeth whitening.
We recommend consulting with your doctor or midwife prior to using Sefid products regarding any health concerns you may have.
Braces will cause uneven whitening when using our whitening strips, so we recommend waiting for these to be removed first before using our products. However, our toothpaste tablets can be used on both retainers and braces. You may be able to use our whitening strips with a retainer, however this depends on the sort of retainer you have.
We recommend consulting with your dentist prior to using Sefid regarding any concerns you may have.
Please seek medical advice prior to using if you're pregnant, have recently had an oral treatment or operation or having serious gum problems.
The Sefid formula will not whiten dental alterations such as: crowns, veneers, caps, fillings or dentures. Avoid contact with eyes where possible and rinse thoroughly with water if eyes come into contact with products. The Sefid whitening strips are not a substitute for regular dental care and cleaning however Sefid tabs can be substituted for toothpaste in your everyday cleaning routine.
Please ensure you have opened the back of the LED and removed the clear plastic safety strip between the batteries. The LED Light is not waterproof, thus any contact with water or heat can result in malfunction.
To clean excess saliva off the mouth tray, please use a wipe or tissue.

Contact usWe would not recommend our product to children under 12 years old as our toothpaste tablets are a potential choking hazard, and have higher concentrations of fluoride.
Our whitening strips are also not recommended for anyone under 18 years old, as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry suggests that whitening strips are only safe after the age which enamel calcification is complete.

Yes our products are all TSA approved and are a convenient, fun and a less messy alternative to toothpaste tubes!
Am I eligible for a return/exchange
We hope that you'll love your Sefid products however In certain circumstances we can process returns and exchanges. If your items are faulty, incorrect or damaged, you are eligible for a return/exchange. We will only process your refund/exchange if we are informed within 7 days of receiving your order and are provided with photos of your faulty/incorrect products via email.

We do not process returns for unwanted products, due to hygiene reasons.
What should I do if I’ve received the incorrect product or a faulty product

Please ensure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order otherwise we may not be able to exchange or process your refund.
If your refund is approved for faulty/incorrect products we will email you with confirmation that your refund/exchange has been approved.
Is there a warranty for the LED light
The Sefid LED light does not come with a warranty. If you are having problems with your LED light, please email us using the 'Contact Us' button below and we will ensure you are provided with the best help to get things right.
A gentle reminder to remove the plastic covering the battery before use.
Please note that this excludes water damage, as the LED Device is not waterproof.

All return products must be unused, unopened, and complete with original plastic wrapping. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the products. Please make sure all return products are packaged safely and securely so that they are not damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for any products that are damaged or lost in the return process. Please make sure that your return email has been approved by someone from our team as without approval it may result in your return not being processed.
